Keeping my puck

Hello

My glass contract ended with Sky today. My wife has taken a bew subscription in her name.

if we keep the old puck, pay the non return charge, can wr use it alongside the new puck to watch on demand content and Sky Sports or will it just be usable for apps?

If it's a Sky owned puck (given post Feb 2023) rather than a customer owned puck it has to be legally returned to Sky regardless of whether or not you are happy to pay the non-return fee. Sky will be able to use all legal measure at their disposal should they wish to ensure the return of the puck.

Re: Keeping my puck

This link details the returns process and that a non return fee does not transfer ownership.  Its not clear what steps Sky would take though if you pay the non return fee.

Re: Keeping my puck

Cannot remember.

But the puck from my latest account which activated at the end of April shows Sky Owned.
