Sky keeps freezing

For a few months now our sky box keeps freezing, or it goes blurry. We have to reset it multiple times a week. We also have Sky broadband and have checked that but it's not the issue. Is there a fault with the box? I've done everything suggested, getting fed up having to keep resetting it

You will need to tell the community what you have tried before anyone can tell you if we think it's a fault.  What speed is your broadband? What speed is your puck getting (check in netflix).

 

Remember we are fellow customers here on the community and know nothing about you or your setup unless you tell us.
