Sky Stream and Sky Glass rely entirely on you providing the puck or Glass TV with a fast and stable broadband connection

Sky recommend a minumum of 25Mbps, sustained and interference free, for successful HD streaming.

You can check the actual speed your device is receiving by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

There is no engineer support for Glass and Stream so you need to be prepared to troubleshoot your own broadband network if you want Sky's streaming service to function well.

Sounds like its the network connection your puck is getting.

You could try rebooting your rotuer and see if that helps, otherwise try disabling Wifi on the Glass and connecting it to the router via an ethernet cable or a powerline adapter. If this works it shows the issue is the Wifi network, which is quite common as Wifi networks nearly always suffer from interference.

Also were is your puck located, it needs to be out in the open to get the best possible Wifi connection, so not hidden behind the TV, or in a cupboard or on an enclosed shelf of a TV stand/cabinet that has thick shelves/sides.

If the router is behind the TV then it's probably worthwhile connecting it to your Glass TV via ethernet cable, then turn WiFi off on the TV's network settings. This will cap the speed being received at around 100Mbps (which is more than enough) but will ensure there is less chance of interference.

It's not really a good idea to hide a router behind a large Glass TV anyway. Other devices may struggle to maintain a decent WiFi signal with a large Glass TV in the way.
