Sky glass puck
Can't connect my puck to the network and keep getting the following message "unsuccessful connection, please try again
It is picking my router up but won't connect , any ideas please

Have you successfully registered and accessed the Sky Stream service previously using the Sky Puck?

Try connecting via Ethernet rather than WiFi and see if that gets it connected initially.
