Sky glass puck remote

The batteries in our sky glass remote only last a few weeks which is a lot less than the remote for the main tv remote

@ChristineT I had the same issue when I first joined the streaming platform about 3 years ago and Sky readily replaced it for me and the batteries in the replacement remote last for months.

@ChristineT  Sky Glass is the TV, Sky Stream is the puck,  there is no such thing as a Sky Glass puck.

If the batteries are only lasting a few weeks either the remote is defective or a button is stuck on the remote.  How long have you hasd it, is it in warrantly?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/warranty-sky-glass

If not you'll need to purchase a new remote

  1. Go to Amazon.
  2. Search for Sky Glass accessories.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
