Sky glass puck frozen on home screen have tried resetting, unplugging etc

Have unplugged

Have reset

Have switched cables

Have changed batteries in remote

Have tried different TV

Have tried different positions

Now stuck on setting up remote after reset and cannot get past it

@Deeb how do you have it connected to the internet? It sounds like you have so far tried everything except identifying if the speed the puck is getting is adequate. It's quite possible it's freezing due to poor download speed from the device. Freezing could happen as the device must constantly be connected to Sky servers to work correctly so wouldn't surprise me necessarily if that is the cause of the problem.

As per @MarkGoldsmith   what are both your broadband speeds & your wifi speed (measured at the hub through the netflix app).

 

You Boradband speeds needs to be a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD,   

 

As advosed this does seem to be associated with a speed issue somewhere.
