I have a sky glass puck upstairs with no issues up until now. Somehow, the picture size on the screen has shrunk. I don't have the original remote for the tv, always use the sky one. Anyone know how I can change it back to full screen? Tried setting etc but nothing there.

Is it on all channels or just one?
Maybe try switching the Stream off at the socket and wait a min then back on again.
Thanks,
Tim

It's all channels. It's randomly shrunk down and I don't know why or how. No longer have original remote for the tv. Tried unplugging everything but didn't help unfortunately.

Does the TV have any buttons? Some have a menu button and then you use volume up / down & channel up / down to navigate menus to get into settings.
Thanks,

It only has channel up/down and volume. Tried all of that! Thank you though

No problem. Do you know the make and model of the TV? If the TV has more than one HDMI port could you try plugging the Stream into a different one if you haven't tried that already?
Thanks,
Tim

I will try that.
It's a sharp, no idea on model!

If your remote control isn’t available, you can access the same menu settings from your TV set itself. There should be a Menu button on the front of your TV. If your particular model doesn’t have front buttons, try to search for them on the side, or underneath the screen.
Instead of the directional buttons, use the channel navigation and the volume control buttons to scroll through the settings.
