Sky stream never worked constantly freezes so does Amazon stick on sky broadband. Wi-Fi is ok ok phones and Netflix on tvs ok. Paying for sky sports but it is impossible to watch a match without freezing every few seconds

@Sp20 Have you tried using ethernet between the ouck & hub? What speed is your puck getting over wifi, open netflix app on the puck, go to get hep and run speed test.

You need at least 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD, anything less and the uck will behave as you've described.

Thats all the signs of an unstable network connection, so i'd suggest disabling the wifi in the puck's network settings and connecting via an ethernet cable and see if that improves things.
