Sky essential package

Hi all,

Finding it impossible to contact customer service.  I ordered sky essential TV and broadband package stream package for €45 today.  The summary didn't show the broadband, it showed the essential package , Netflix and puk and skip adds( which I didn't click). I tried in vain to contact customer service and frustratingly couldn't, so I had to cancel the purchase I made an hour later.  I would still like the full essentials package inclusive of the broadband but want to talk to a customer agent.  Does anyone know a phone number that might get me through?  Thanks all

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.

Note that 'Essential TV' on Sky Stream is not 'Sky Essentials' (which was broadband plus free-to-air satellite service on a Sky Q box)

 

Sky has caused huge confusion by choosing to give their new streaming television product a name that's very similar to a much older and very different offering.

 

I'd think€45pcm should cover both Essential TV and a broadband service.
