Hi I'm trying to upgrade my sky stream to subscription . I try thru the my sky app but it doesn't show upgrade screen . It just bring s me back to the screen which list my current tv and Netflix subscription. Can anyone offer any insight to if there is an issue using the app to upgrade ?
