Sky cinema subscription

I have given 31 days notice to cancel sky cinema monthly subscription today and told it will be cancelled on 29th October. Just say down to watch TV and I no longer can access sky cinema!?!

Hi @cpink24 

 

You will need to call sky we are fellow customers here on the community. But I had this a while back when cancelling a pack. It said " Yours until X date" but entitlement had been removed immediately.

 

Advisor credited me for unusable period.
