Sky channels amd sky apps not working

So my bbc Iplayer works thankfully so my Son whos 2 half can still watch Bluey

But all channels on Sky Disney, Sky Atlantic etc aren't workingsince yesterday , ive checked connection and local connection apps etc my broadband etc all working but the sky apps and channels aren't

please can someone help me, I live in Lancashire and checked theres no faults near me either

This doesn't make sense.

@Debs442  You've posted in the Sky Go Board which is a PC/Mobile app, it does not support other apps.

 

What Sky syhstem do you have?  SKy Q?  Sky Stream?  Sky Glass?

 

Before anyone can even begin to help it would be useful to know which system your using?

Sky stream on my TV with a hub i didn't realised id posted this is the wrong place sorry where can I post thus, do you have a link please.

@Debs442  Have you tried unplugging your stream  puck from the wall?

 

After unplugging it plug back in, once powered up go open the netflix app on the puck and go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported by the netflix app?

It's not netlfix not working although thay probably isn't either its disney and sky Atlantic smd all the other apps and channels I have with sky apart from BBC iplayer is working

Yep ive done all those things and its still not working, doesn't make sense how bbc iplayer is working through sky but the channels and apps aren't working ?

The speed is 281.37Mbps which means nothing to me ?

@Debs442  If that is the speed via netflix on the puck you're getting more than enough, if nothing is showing as you mentioned I'd give Sky a call as they may ask you to doa full reset while on the phone.
