Sky box won’t turn on

When am turning my sky box on it is not coming on everything is plugged in correctly and the white light is on the box but am just getting a black screen

As you have posted in the Sky Glass TV section, assume you are asking for  a Sky Glass TV.

If by a Sky box, you mean a Sky Stream puck.
