Sky box stopped working

Hi I have tried to switch my sky puck on but it's not working. I've followed various instructions on trying to reset it and it briefly tried to update but it now won't switch on at all

Namely try the recovery process. If this doesn't work you will need to call sky and arrange a replacement, we are fellow customers here on the community.
