Sky and TV turning off constantly

I have spoke to Sky several times regarding a faitly new service with the Sky Q Stream and my TV and Sky are constantly turning off mid programme and right now about 5 times this evening I ha e had to unplug everything and turn it all off and on again and Sky always say the same to do this and this cannot be correct and no longer wish to put up with this for the amount I pay to Sky for 2 properties probably well in excess of 175 per month.

What TV service do you have as it is either Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass ?
