I have had sky stream and broadband for almost a month now and I am unable to access my sky VIP rewards.
The message I receive is: 'sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem'
I have tried rebooting my hub but that hasn't worked. I've also been in touch with sky recently about my connection and they said we had a good connection.
Does anyone know how to get around this?
