I have rebooted, updated turned off. I cannot access SKY VIP on my Sky Puck it keeps going to :
"Sorry because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem"
I cannot get passed this message and access any rewards

Sky VIP rewards are best accessed via the MySky app on a mobile device, although it can sometimes be offline for maintenance purposes.

Try a bit later and hopefully should be back up and running

Really annoying - was hoping to get free Vue cinema ticket today but sky app and vip under maintenance still, been 12 hours now 😡
