Hi, my Tv screen has gone blue, with a white box that says Sky in it. And a blue box next to it displaying TV input picture.
I can't get to my TV sky guide at all.
I don't have Whole Home or Sky Glass. I simply just have one Sky Puk only. In my lounge. That's it.
its brand new, I've only had for about
three weeks.
Below the two boxes it says,
Settings and Help. That's it.
I can't do anything with any of it.
I'm totally unable to watch TV at all.

Turn both the puck and your TV off at the wall for a couple of minutes then power them both back on. Using the TV remote select the HDMI input you have the puck connected to and then turn the puck on.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've done what you said about turning Tv and puck off at the wall etc. And turned it back on again. But I'm still getting the same thing come up on my Tv screen. I can't do anything.
