I have bought a subscription sky essential tv package but have not used it yet as I'm waiting for my sky broadband to be installed on 27th Jan. I'm wondering if my sky tv puck will work on my 24" TV I've read that to watch sky 4K TV is needed. I'm abit confused as the instructions to set up sky puck I could just plug into a TV. I don't have sky glass I opted without this package. Would I still be able to watch sky stream TV on my 24" Samsung.

Hi @Sari-Amelia In addition to the reply from @Ellie_TV
I notice you are waiting for your Sky broadband before setting up your new puck. You may want to do this but it is not necessary as the Puck will work with your existing broadband. When the Sky BB is installed you simply need to go to the pucks settings and select Network > Reset, enter your new password and your ready to go 😀

Re: Sky TV
As long as your TV has an HDMI port then your Sky Stream puck should work fine. The TV does not need to be 4K.
