Sky TV Puck issues

Hi, So I was watching live sky TV in bed and the picture frozen but the sound continued. So I turned the puck off and back on. It was still happening. I went through the troubleshooting menu, I reset the puck and the wifi etc. Now it cannot link my account to the puck. It says the WiFi is fine. It says the puck is fine. Not sure what more I can do. So now I can't watch TV. Help!

Did you try a Restart before the Reset?

You situation is not uncommon ... phone Sky CSs and they'll be able to correct your corrupted Reset😟
