Sky Stream - which ports to open in firewall…

We are installing 4 x stream pucks for a client to replace their failing HD boxes.

I cannot get any of the stream pucks to get past initial 'checking status' screen, and forced software update/resets do not change this behaviour..

Client has Watchguard firewall appliance, which will likely need some additional configuration - I am in touch with the administrator but they need to know what ports to open?

is this information available? Trying to save them having  to monitor the network traffic to try and figure out what needs opening...

I'm not aware that any such information has been made public.  Having tried (and failed) to get Sky Go to work on the far side of a Smoothwall appliance, I wish you luck ; )
