I have to reset my sky stream box about 3 times a week with an softwear update message, I've got 3 pucks and it only does it on this one, how do I get hold of someone to get a replacement, it's so annoying

Are you sure it's the Puck and not the TV giving that message? Try switching two of the Pucks around to see if the issue stays with the Puck.

When you phone Sky and get offered a link for further assistance ... say NO ... and author will connect you to a human😉
