Sky Stream unable to watch anything
I've tried multiple times now with my Sky Stream to solve a issue which is not becoming a weekly basis. When we first got our Sky Stream we found we at to reboot it a few times after a while it stopped
However, it as now come a weekly issue we're we are unable to watching anything on the TV, Playlist and if on any of the Apps. The Broadband is working fine and is regularly tested and the speeds are all ok. We have left the Sky devices including the Broadband unplugged for 30 mins and still haven't had any success. Continplating about leaving Sky unless Sky can provide a better reliable service on Sky Q.

Re: Sky Stream unable to watch anything
This sounds more like a software issue with the puck itself, I'd suggesting ringing sky and stating the puck is faulty and you require a replacement. Hopefully they will do this without too much bother!
