Sky in each room asks me to connect to wifi everytime

I have recently joined virgin broadband, I've connected the sky boxes to the wifi but everytime I turn sky on again I have to re connect, is this a sky issue or a setting on my virgin broadband?

@Lee90  Are you referring to the Sky Stream pucks? Have you set up the network standby settings to on within the pucks setting menu?

 

Settings -->Startup and standby--> Networked standby mode -->set to on

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeah it's sky stream pucks, no I haven't set anything up on the settings
