Sky Stream unable to Link Account

Since changing from VM to Sky we have had nothing but issues with setting up the Sky Stream.  Have only managed to set it up once however due to activation issues with Netflix and Paramount Plus we reset the puck. It is now not finding Wi-Fi via password so have resorted to using the Ethernet Cable despite the fact our Wi-Fi is working properly with other devices. When getting to the Sky Stream puck setup it gets to 'Checking your status...' it then states Link your account 'We're unable to link your account' we click Try Again and the screen just remains blue with a white loading bar at the top. Nothing comes up. Once when doing this it has said the account has been found and populated a QR code which we scanned and it then requested the PIN but was saying the PIN is wrong despite it being the last 4 of my mobile number. It was not pulling through my email on the message either. I have reset the puck over 10 times so please do not suggest this as it is extremely frustrating. What is going on? Thanks

Have you resolved this ? I too left VM for Sky and am suffering internet and TV issues.

First week I could watch Paramount Plus but now it won't load. On occasions it does but after about 6-7 minutes of blue screen.
