Sky Stream sound issues when watching UHD programmes

Watching the Arsenal vs Liverpool match this evening and then Darts later on when switched to UHD, on the football I lost the commentary but field sound was ok, on the darts I lost all sound. A bit of fiddling later pressed the three dot button on the sky stream controller and a menu with "Audio track" was there, if I changed it from English to English (AD) the sound was then ok. Searching everywhere I can find no reference to this facility. Wat is it, what does it do. Noting also when you switch channels it reverts back to English.  Switching off my sound bar also made no difference. I am also getting frustrated with lip sync issues in that I cannot correct it even with the lip sync facility.

@Nutmeg1 for some reason your sound bar is lossing the cntre channel in thhe surround signal which has 5 channels two for the back channels two for the front side channels and one that carries the commentsry or dialogue which is in the centre. Not sure why its happening on your set up but check the settings on your TV and the Sound bar.

The AD sound track is straight stereo but you can get stereo sound by switching the Puck to output PCM audio in its settings menu which will give you the commentary..

Interesting, re looked at the sound menu an it was fixed on PCM, took this of and reverted to Auto and at the moment all is Ok.
