Sky Stream remote for elderly?

I rang Sky customer services to ask if they do a remote for the elderly on Sky Stream and a very rude agent just said the word No!! Really not helpful. So have 88 year old Father who loves old version of Sky but now on Stream and us struggling to use the  small remote. Can anyone else suggest a replacement remote that will work please?

Hi @Farmergirl  I have a Sky Q remote that I use (in IR mode) as a secondary remote for my Stream puck.  This also worked on my Glass TV before I switched to Stream pucks.

Sky do an Accessable remote control with large buttons which was made for Sky + and Q but works perfectly with Stream, as I have one,

Not sure if these are still available from Sky?? I got mine from an online store,
