My Sky stream puck has supposedly been stuck in transit for over 3 weeks! This is ridiculous... I've called up the costumer service more than enough times and haven't been watching television since either! They even charged me for it... when I haven't even watched anything!
Always get the same response: "we need to contact the team to see what's going on". Very poor costumer service and worse is the advisory management!
