Sky Stream puck repeatedly crashing
Hello
My Sky Stream puck repeatedly crashes, multiple times per night. The screen just goes black, there is no error message. I have to turn it off and on again each time. My broadband is also with Sky and the connection is otherwise fine - I have a smart tv and have never had any issues watching Netflix etc on it, just when I access via Sky Stream. The puck is in the lounge next to the tv, not behind it and not near any other devices. This has happened since we got the puck around one week ago and is driving me mad.

Re: Sky Stream puck repeatedly crashing
Hi @Abbie87
This is usually a sign of poor connectivity between the puck and the router. Open netflix > profile icon > get help > connectivity check and see what speed your puck is getting. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
If issues persist you will need to speak to Sky as could be a fault with the puck or further end to end troubleshooting may be needed.
