Sky Stream (puck) - Red Button Greyhound Racing on Sky Sports Racing

Greyhound racing is regularly available by using the red button service on Sky Sports Racing. However every time I attempt to access, I get a service not available message. I have never been successful in the three months I have had my Sky Stream puck Do I have a faulty Sky Stream puck, or is there another problem?

Your best bet to get this checked and answered by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
