Previously I watched sky sports racing from my playlist using the watch from start button. Worked fine until the last month. Now a technical fault message displays and I can no longer view the racing retrospectively. Very frustrating as I often cannot watch live. It only allows retrospective viewing hours after the live programme has ended which is useless

Best course of action is to email Sky's viewer relations team who will investigate and feedback. They can be contacted on viewerR@sky.uk. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
