Evening all,
Relatively new to Sky stream, but a professional geek and technology addict.
My Sky Stream box auto powers off after a short amount when it's on the home screen. I've tried several power settings / auto power off etc and the box still shuts off, even after I've set it to the maximum sleep timer.
Is this a power feature that's hard coded into the box, or can it be adjusted?
Other than that, all going well!

That is the power saving that Comcast have set for the product in order to comply with what has been stated are various local and regional power saving regulations.
It cannot be turned off with any settings options.
If the puck is left idle on Home, menus or is left in a paused state then it will go into standby after about ten minutes.
During any playback after a few hours a prompt appears on screen to pick up the remote or press a button.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
