Today is the second time recently when I've sat down to watch some sport I've added to the playlist and it's only partially recorded. First time was the final day of the Open golf when less than half of the final round was recorded and now it's the Rugby Championship where only 30 mins of this morning's match between Australia and SA was recorded. It was even more infuriating for the golf when I searched to find a way to watch it and found an image of Scauffele lifting the trophy on the catch up! I recently asked Sky if I could go back to Sky Q and was told that they would stop my contract immediately and couldn't guarantee when they'd be able to install Sky Q - so I could potentially be without a service for weeks!
Is there any way to resolve this or is it just another example of the inadequacy of Sky Stream?

You could always access Sky subscription channels using NOWTV until Sky Q is installed😉

Has the same issue yesterday with the football. Sat down to view from playlist having avoided the result all day at work only to get 60 mins of the 90. I'd invested in mesh wifi on top of a hefty subsription to ensure theres no issues with connection, so annoying. Will be contacting Sky for an explanation and requesting credit to my account. If accepted still will not meet my expectations but will dampen the immediate frustration. Not sure why Sky havent replied to original post??

Sky typically wont reply to posts on here as it's a primarily a Sky community forum of other Sky customers. You will usually only see the Sky team commentating on larger widespread issues affecting many customers to provide any updates they have received from the relevant investigating team.
