Multiple issues with Sky stream
1. Broadband intermittent - response high winds or floods in area. We've had none in this area.
2. Tv won't stream live tv without intermittent and interchangeable sounds and picture problems or won't load code on stream.
3. some apps work ok but not Sky max
then will play sometimes but then sends us back to home page but sound of programme continues playing but we can't see it.
as a disabled person who cannot always mobilise well and have limited energy, the internet and TV are very much everything to me.
it's so frustrating to get messages from my sky to say everything looks good or take you through the same list of pointless things to do that don't help! And you can't talk to anyone! Argh!!

Who is your broadband supplied by?
Do you know your broadband package name and speed you should be getting?
How are you connecting your pucks to the router, via wifi or ethernet cable?
Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is the speed it shows?
There is no Sky Max app, Sky Max is a channel and any On demand or catch-up available for Sky Max is played within Sky Stream without launching an app.
