Afternoon all
New to Sky Stream and liking what I have seen so far.
One issue I am finding is that when I knock the system off and the TV and go back to it maybe a hour or so later when I put the TV back on and start the Sky Stream it is saying no WiFi connection or connection lost.
I have a ethernet connection from the Puck to the router. I then have to click the setting to re connect and then im back streaming.
The settings in the system at the moment are
Networked standby mode - On
Overnight power saving - Off
Sleep timer - Off
EE hub router awaiting delivery of Sky hub router.
Any advice from how to keep this connected at all times so when I switch on the TV it fires up straight away
Thanks in advance

Just checking if you have rebooted the puck by unplugging it for a couple of minutes since disabling the Wifi. On occassions i've seen the Wifi not actually disable immediately and require a reboot for the settings change to take affect.

Bingo
So I have removed the ethernet cable and connected the Puck via WiFi WPS and there is no no loss after the TV and box in placed in standby for a considerable amount of time.
It looks like the ethernet cable was confusing the matters with the Puck
Glad it is resolved thanks all for your help.

I'm new to sky stream too and have experienced exactly the same as you and have EE smart hub. The problem is there when connected via Ethernet, but is all good when just connected via Wi-Fi. I'm just curious as to why this happens with Ethernet. I will keep mine connected via Wi-Fi. Im waiting for sky router. Maybe it will work with that via Ethernet. Who knows.
