Sky stream, keeps locking up, and going to blank scream, sometimes says loading. Turned off box and waited 30 mins
When switched back on picture and sound are not synchronised so have to start again been happening all week now becoming a little annoying.

How's is your Puck connected to the internet and what is your broadband speed? The recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.
Connecting via ethernet and turning off WiFi may provide stability. You can check what speed you are getting at your Sky Stream Puck by opening Netflix scrolling down to notifications and then across to help. In the menu go to check your network.
Has the Puck been working previously? Anything changed in your setup?

Hi Alan, nothing changed with set up, BB @ 35M, tried contacting Sky to no avail. Noticed picture has a blip, repeating what was last shown, then voice is out by 4/5 seconds...only way to regain sync, is by turning everything off and twiddling thumbs for 5 mins, dead annoying when watching sport. Oh well back to trying to talk to someone about it.....
