I got a new TV a few days ago, the Samsung S95B OLED and was having issues with lip sync on Sky Stream but think I've fixed it.
Sky Stream is plugged into TV HDMI and Q930B soundbar plugged in eARC HDMI on TV and after having played around with the audio delays on the Sky Stream puck, TV and soundbar to no joy, I think I finally fixed it by setting the Sky Stream audio to "pass through".
I'm guessing the Sky Stream was decoding the Dolby Digital and Atmos audio, as well as the TV and Soundbar, so now with the audio passing from Sky Stream unprocessed and the TV/Soundbar doing the decoding it appears to be good with all audio delays set at 0.
