Sky Stream keeps buffering on Sky channels

[MB2024]

Having problems with Sky Stream in as much as the lip-sync is miles out.

Have changed to a new HDMI cable and followed all of the steps recommended on the screen and it has made no difference.

Solutions please.

Changing the audio output to pass-through instead of auto is said to help. Sky are allegedly working on a fix but no date given for its arrival.
