Sky Stream issues and puck not working

I have had sky stream internet connection issues for 5 days which have been resolved only today. However, throughout this time, it became apparent that my sky stream ouck in my living room isn't working and needs to be replaced. I have had a couple of calls with advisros and have tried ALL of the usual reboot/reset activities. This puck is simply not switching on anymore. I have a second puck in a bedroom, which seems to be working fine. I need a new puck.

Swap the pucks over and use the functional one on your living room TV until you get the other one replaced. You'll need to call Sky again and request this.

@duffster8  Is there a white light showing on the puck?  Have you swapped the power supply between the working puck & non working puck?

If it's still not worki g please post back and we can escalate to the community messaging team, thus saving another call.
