Sky Stream issue

We are having issue with sky stream predominantly on ITV. With constant glitching and black screens. Our sky box show no updates are available. I sky stream is currently wired to our broadband pulling 368.68mbps Down and 520.21mps Up  (Speedtest.net) so we know it's not a network issues,  I've also tried clearing ITV app cashe and still make it unwatchable.

(just start to wish we didn't move from skyQ now)

Actually those figures are somewhat strange: which ISP is this?

If on an ethernet connection, does the puck have its WiFi switched off?

A faster upload than a download, sounds odd.

If your using ethernet, the Sky Stream ethernet ports are 10/100 so only  capable of speeds up to 100Mbps.

Usuaully the max puck speed will be around 90Mbps using ethernet.

As above, if using an ethernet connection, make sure in on the puck in Settings>Network>Advanced settings that wifi is turned off.

To see the actual speed your Sky Stream is getting from your local network, do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?
