Sky stream is frozen on the opening page. Have tirned it off, left it 5 mins and rebooted the little box (dont know what its called)but its still frozen. Can anybody help please ?

@Indiabarry by the opening page are you referring to the home page or the first page on the initial setup? Have you completed the initial setup of the puck?
