Hi, I've had stream for 4 days and I've noticed the screen intermittently flashes black for a few seconds before going back to what I'm watching.
it's happening on live tv (itv) and also Netflix. I've switched judder to on. I'm using the HDMI cables provided. I have a Samsung tv with Sonos arc and hue sync. I have 1gb broadband connected via Ethernet.
anyone else have this issue?

I seem to have resolved the problem for now with the help of ChatGPT.
It suggested my issue could be the hue sync box as they were known to cause the black screen flicker so I removed it from the equation and so far not a single issue.
Frustrating that I no longer have hue sync for the lighting but as t least it's resolved the issue for now.

I got it again on the latency channel 922 last night and the black screen stayed so I had to restart the puck. Sky did an update to fix it about a month ago, but it's still happening it seems. I have gone back and reported it to Sky

Hi Ryan,
I feel your pain. I have had sky stream since December 2024, currently on my second puck. I also have Sky Glass since its inception my TV is an LG 55inch OLED. From day one I have experienced loss of sound and a blank screen which is intermittent and lasts for a couple of seconds. My broadband is BT fibre to the premises with 900+Mpbs download. I have dissabled wifi and using powerline adaptors connected my puck to my wired network. If I run the Netfix speedtest on my Sky Glass connected wirelessly it returns values of 150+ Mpbs. The same test on my Sky stream returns 30-40 Mpbs. When I was connecting through my wifi it was returning similar speeds. The streaming apps on my TV connected wirelessly work without issue no dropouts, the TV and puck are located in the same room aprox 3m apart. Up until the start of this week I had experienced a period of relative stability but alas the problem has reappeared. I have been through the various suggestions on the community forum but nothing as yet has fully resolved the issue. Maybe the fact I have my puck set to UHD, a service that I am paying Sky for and the speed test results being so low is a factor. Any ideas welcome.
