Discussion topic: Sky Stream cutting out

We have sky stream in our living room and the picture keeps cutting out. It happens with live TV and also streaming services.

It is very sporadic and doesn't seem to be any pattern to the cutting out.

After looking online someone suggested doing a hard reset which we have now done and we still have the same problem.

@Yekoms1973 What connection are you using WiFi or Ethernet ? If the former try the latter for a more stable connection
