I have programmes saved on my playlist but today i cannot acess them - error message comes up on every single one as "sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available". They were all available yesterday - any isue with Sky streamplaylist today? I can watch TV no problem I can see TV guide just cannot play anything off my play list. Please help Sky.

Try turning it off at the socket, wait a min and then back on again and see if that helps.

I don't know how to solve this. Makes no difference turning off at socket, I have still no access to my playlist. What a joke. Angry. Anyone help pls? Thanks

And btw - step up Sky!! Why should your customers be trying to solve your problems?? We pay for your service. Anyone from Sky going to reply? I doubt it, but do surprise me.
