Sky Stream apps not working - black screen

Afternoon all, can anyone suggest a solution to this problem,

 

apps are going to blank/black screen when Initally playing a TV show or movie? Specifically Amazon Prime video and Apple TV+. I can hear sound but the screen is blank. Then I can not return the main Sky Stream home page and puck crashes. YouTube, Netflix and Disney+ seem unaffected. 

 

I have tried:

1 - numerous power resets

2 - app refresh via the settings  

4 - alterted numerous settings

3 - factory reset, Initially this worked, however, it's gone back to not being able to play apps. Also, this procedure created a secondary log in / activation issue.

 

any suggestions?

Have you run a Netflix Network check?

 

Have you disconnected the HDMI cable from puck and TV and firmly reconnected?

@Bobcatmctiger can you provide what settings you have already tried changing? Would likely help so no one suggests things you have already tried.
