Sky Stream and Deco Tp Link issues
hello,
I have wired my deco to the sky stream box however it keeps saying that it's not connected even though there is nothing wrong with the WiFi or the decos as they are working at the same time with all over devices.
Decos are connected to the sky hub for broadband do you recommend any sittings to change on the deco app or the sky hub?as it makes no sense why it keeps saying it's not connected.

Re: Sky Stream and Deco Tp Link issues
I had similar. I saw a post that worked. I created an IOT network in the deco settings then connect the sky pucks to this via WiFi. I also fixed the IP addresses. I also made it so they only connected to the nearest mesh device and use 5ghz only. Worked fine after that. It's faster by WiFi as well.
Not sure how you would do it with a Sky hub in the mix though. I have all Decos.

Re: Sky Stream and Deco Tp Link issues
You say you have wired your Sky Puck to the deco, so you are using ethernet rather than WIFI, for the Sky puck you need to select ethernet through the settings as it will not recognise it automatically. Go on netwrok settings then reset and selectt etehrnet as oppose dto WIFI. I hope this helps.

@JGRANT1998 Yes faster than wired. The ethernet port is capped at 100Mpbs on the puck. I am getting 400Mbps over wifi.

It sounds like you’re double NAT’d. Ensure your Deco’s operational mode is set to Access Point.

Yes, because that’s your configuration. I have Vodafone FTTP and I’ve never used the Vodafone supplied router. I set up my Deco as a Wi-Fi router after requesting my PPPoE information from Vodafone. They allow you to use your own hardware.
