Hi @jamesbo and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately this is nothing new. I have been on the streaming platform since June 2022 and have seen it umpteen times, in fact it happened to me only a few days ago. I simply ignore it and select the programme I want to watch from my playlist and then next time I go to the home page it has usually reappeared.
