My Samsung Q80t turns off every 30 minutes when I'm watching TV on the Sky Puck. This does not happen on any other source, only when I'm watching on the puck.
Does anyone else have this issue or any suggestions on how to fix this please?

@Chrisee @82bit thanks for your suggestions. It would indeed happen when actively watching TV. I had already turned off auto standby and switched the HDMI port, eventually turned off every "smart" feature on the Puck. I ended up doing a factory reset on the Puck shortly after creating this post and that seems to have resolved the issue for now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JGallego if this is happening when the puck is idle then its expected behaviour as the puck switches to standby if idle for too long. However if it is happening during watching a stream something is wrong. Worth swapping over HDMi inputs to see if the fault follows the puck. If it does I would sugest getting Sky to swap the puck out.

Agreed. Try a different HDMI port on the TV. Preferably one that supports HDMI-CEC if there's one available in your model of TV.

Or alternatively, disable auto-standby in the TV settings.
