On my SKY app it is saying the WiFi may have an issue and that it can't connect to my SKY TV Puck? It says the WiFi connection is poor and not sure why as it is right next to the WiFi and seems to be working fine?

Reposition either your puck or WiFi hub because the WiFi signal isn't 360degrees coverage so it's probably not catching the signal
