Sky Stream Remote
Only had sky stream a few months.. Already had to change the batteries once a couple of weeks ago.. Last few days the remote keeps freezing.. Won't respond to any of the buttons. Need to remove the batteries and put them back in before it works again... Any ideas?

Re: Sky Stream Remote
Hi @alfies+mum
Try the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
If still not working properly the last step will advise you how to obtain a replacement. It sounds like it could be a faulty remote.
